best screen flow export settings?

so I want to move a video to a more universal format to edit to with final cut
now when I use Web - High setting it looks grainy and the lossless setting doesn't sync up properly
so I want it to be mp4 or mov ( or another format that iMovie or final cut can take)
but I want it to be HD (so far its not turning out anywhere near what it is in screen flow)

Yeah avoid web. I use a customised Lossless setting (basically convert it to lossless H264!)

I was actually exporting so it was easy haha
