Best Place Find Non-Copyrighted Music for Videos

Audio Micro is a good one for sound effects, since they have 2000+ free sound effects. Not the most high quality ones, but they do have some decent ones.

Also don't forget that YouTube has a growing library of free use music under the Creator Studio tab!

Completely free & copyright free music (mainly dubstep, chillstep, trap, trance, house, etc):
youtube.com/user/NoCopyrightSounds

I use them for all of my most recent videos.

You can also use my friend's music (he has hundreds of thousands of plays & he's also featured on channels similar to NoCopyrightSounds) - He's okay with YouTubers using it. Just make sure you don't use any of his "refix", "re-edit" or "remix" songs as they use parts of copyrighted songs. It's considered fair use on SoundCloud, but will get you flagged on YouTube..So make sure you only use his songs specifically tagged/titled with [Original] or [M3H Original], or something similar.
You can view him at:
soundcloud.com/m3h

There's a guy out there named Chris Zabriskie who makes wonderful music. All his soundtracks are free under CC attribution. His Undercover Vampire Policeman is one of my favorites

Just looking for some advice on good sites to find non-copyrighted music and sound effects.
Here is a way to use main stream music. In your editing software, slow down or speed up a track to 90 or 110 or so.Maybe do a few adjustments as well. It works. For sound effects I would go to freesfx.com.
