Best Phone For Vlogging?

So my old phone is lost somewhere in Florida and so i'm going to be getting a new one soon, but nothing too expensive like an iphone 5s.

Anyone know a good phone for vlogging? I would use a cam but i feel having a phone as the cam is easier. I'm not too bothered about how good the processor is or anything I'm mostly interested in the camera and possible a front facing hd cam, any recommendations?

If I were you I would go with an HD cam phone. I used Nokia a lot but I didn`t use the video feature though.
