Best Network Promoting Channels?July 2015

What's up everyone?I'm new here and I want my Channel to grow up as fast as possible.My question is what Netowork is the best for promoting my videos ? I heared about Freedom's MGN is a good way or Curse but unfortunately Curse have high Req for a new channel.So what do you guys think?Do you know another good network?
P:S : I make League Of Legends Top 5 Videos on the Channel.
 
This kinda sucks,I mean I'm sure my content is a high-quality content and is very good and not only me but are many others creators that have good content but the promoting I really hard especially in this time when are a lot of big channel on all domains doing this everyday and getting more views and subs because of the people who already are fans of them.So what I want to say is everyt big channel started small but as I saw from statistics they rise because someone promote them.It must some netoworks that do that for let's say a 35subs Channel.

Networks are businesses trying to make as much money as possible. They also have thousands of partners, thousands of which have over 35 subscribers. They won't waste time and resources promoting a smaller channel. It's just how it works. :/
Promoting their top 1% will get them more money. Promoting their bottom 1% will get them nothing.

You might get some promotion by joining a smaller subnetwork but it is not guaranteed and smaller networks don't get much views anyways so even if they promoted you, it wouldn't do much.

I'm 9 months with Freedom!, 7 months with RPM, AdSense since 2014-now.
