Best HD Capture Card?

I've done extensive research on this, but I want to see what your guys' personal preference is. The Elgato is a little over my price range. I am probably looking for something 120-140 or 150, but, if it's REALLY worth it, I can just wait for the elgato.

I've been using the Elgato for ACIV and another project I'm working on. It's been pretty good so far. It's so easy to use as well and timeshift recording can come in handy sometimes.

Love my elgato. Wait and get it. It is very user friendly and records in some great quality.
