Hello, can anyone tell me what is the best FPS on Fraps to record games? Sometimes i can't record all games with 1 FPS, i need to change it etc and i don't know which one is the best.

I use 30. Bear in mind that if you record at 25 your gameplay will feel laggy as heck. I dont like it at least. When i play at 30 Fps i feel it kinda laggy already.
Try to experiment with 29,30. and depending which game you will record and systems specs you have.

I always try to keep my fps around 45 when recording, but 24-30 should do fine, I think, I hope, don't quote me on that

My specs are i7-2600k it should be pretty good, but some games lag when i record and i don't know why, right now i'm using default FPS: 29.97

thats a killer PC, as long as you support it with a good VGA Card.
Whats your VGA?
I own a EVGA GTX 460 Superclocked 1Gb Gddr5 and it rocks.

You can check on the system properties or you could find Everest lite or portable version and download it which will tell you everything abotu your PC. Including your VGA.

Yeah it's usually useless above 30. Games/animation is usually best at 30, and film/video is best at 24 (or 23.976)
