Hey guyz,

I've been around for alittle bit, Reading and taking advice from people on starting my youtube adventure, While also giving people advice as much as I can!

Im here to ask (just like the title says) what is the Best/Easiest to use Video Editing Software?

I know some people use Sony Vegas Pro for editing, But if its not the best I'd rather not invest considering just 2 weeks ago I had bought Cinema 4D, I think buying Sony Vegas pro just to edit my videos is a huge waste of my ever dwindling pocket. So, unless you guys can convince me Sony is the way to go I'd rather not.

As for money, Im not to worried. I dont think anything is gonna be as much as Cinema 4D was lol.

Windows Movie Maker works good enough and it's free. I use it since I don't have anything else.
Also :cautious2: I guess you could just pirate Vegas.

At the moment I use Adobe Premiere. It has it's pros and cons, but overall it's a decent software. What's mainly important is that it gets the job done.

You could be right, I mean I dont find anything wrong with windows movie maker. Just wanted to know if there was something of better quality an what not.

If you're trying to edit professionally Movie Maker isn't going to get you very far. Sony Vegas is top notch, there are also other options, but I recommend Sony Vegas for it's simplicity and quality.

Sony Vegas is the Photoshop of video editing, I'm a major fan of it. It's really flexible and even now after 4 or 5 months of self-taught education I'm still learning new tricks on how to improve the quality of the output. It's quite user-friendly and there's an abundance of great tutorials out there if you're even slightly competent with Google. All you need is a little patience, as with most non-WMM editing programs.

I'd agree with this. I'm hoping to get Vegas in the near future. I've heard alot of good things about it.

Well, Alright guys.. Do you suggest a model??? Or just whatever is on the shelf lol.

Sony Vegas Pro is (IMO) the perfect balance of features and ease of use.

Although I spend a lot of time in After Effects nowadays, I have to say. So it's not the end all of features.
