Been asked to join an MCN, any advise?

Furry Gurus

I'm a girl!
I have just signed a licensing agreement with Viral Video UK for one of my videos. As a result I got an invite from Rightster Entertainment to join their MCN. Anybody have any advise on joining this MCN?

really i havent ever heard of that mcn,do you have any information on this mnc? like characteristics etc?

Don't even really know if is an MCN, but they asked me to join their network. Their website is Rightster.com, that is really all i know.

Personally I have really hard time trying to trust any MCN and all of them are there to make money. The question is... are you also gonna be part of that? Most of the cases I have read online is about people that are not satisfied with their network since they have to pay between 40% and 10% to their networks and they do not see any big return. Another thing to think about it is for how long is the contract? As I do not see so much about this network, I would be extra careful but you never know... maybe is a good one? As I said in the beginning, I have hard trusting any MCN.

I agree with the trust issue. Signing over licensing rights and 40% of revenue for one video is one thing, but doing the same for your entire channel is something a lot more risky. I think I am going to pass for now and try to build my channel on my own.
