Becoming a partner

Okay, summary:

I want to be able to schedule videos releases. AWESOME FEATURE, That's all I want
I have 59 subs, 600ish views. Not good numbers, I know
I don't want to waste my time enabling monetization because I think it's not time for me yet

Can I schedule my videos or become a basic "partner" so I can do that?
 
You can enable monetization but just choose to not monetize the videos if you want such features.
 
You do not have to monetize your videos because you are a partner :) It is something you enables for your videos ^^ (at least as a standard YouTube partner - I do not know about partnerships at networks)

Not at all. Partnering and monetizing gives your videos a distinct advantage (higher in the search results, more likely to appear in recommended videos, etc.). Generally it's just not a good idea to partner with a network early on.
 
I'm only at 184 subs and i signed up to the youtube partnership they have going. It's nothing like Machinima ect... but it allows me to use custom thumbnails and scheduled videos which i was desperate to use :D
