Beatstars partnership

I recently got partnered with beatstars (don't know why really)
but i found out on beatstars website that "They are still sending me an invitation"
Even though i got the invitation and accepted it and it's written on my YouTube channel that i'm partnered with them
so what do i have to do? do i contact them or wait
because it's been like 3 days and got no response from them

I am not partnered with Beatstars on Youtube, but I do use their Soundcloud monetization feature for a soundcloud page with around 500-1000 plays a day.

One thing I will tell you about Beatstars is that their customer service is absolutely horrid. I've sent maybe 4 emails in the span of a month and a half, out of the 6 months I've been using them and never once got a response.

On top of that, I've also never once made a cent from them for my Soundcloud plays. I don't expect to make much, as music streams usually don't pay well but the earnings on Beatstars NEVER update, and they've never responded to my inquiries as to why, or how their payment system is set up.

If you're not locked into a contract, I'd get out immediately.

I am partnered with them on soundcloud and youtube. I made some money on youtube but NOTHING on soundcloud even the tracks takes forever to be distributed. I really don't know what to do. But when i sent them an email they responded and said it takes a month to get the youtube revenue and another month to pay you.
