Banner or Promo?

Hello everyone. As you all know the YouTube layout is changing and it's forcing us to use a new banner with new dimensions. Sadly I don't have one. I am wondering if anyone is willing to make me a banner for the new layout. If not a banner, possibly a promo? I'll give you the 25$ yt cash I have for a intro. If that's not the payment amount you had in mind, I'm sorry but it's all I have to offer.

See that's just it. I'm not really knowledgeable in that area. Maybe something with good looking girls and car crash's. Sounds insane to make, I know. But it's mainly the content I upload. Hot girl fails and epic car crash compilations.
Or just something that says The Best Compilations and a subscribe picture.
I don't really know lol. Sorry I suck at this stuff
