Banner confusion

So i finished my banner, i used the whole size which is 2120 X 1192 px. When i upload the banner it doesnt show the full actual banner. The full actual banner only shows up on tv. So tried to follow the lines and drag it a little until the logo safe area at. which is 1280 X 350 px, it doesnt looks good because they have the white space on the left and right, you can see i on my channel now. What should i do?

The banner is fitted for one size which is 2120x1192. The thing that is different now is how it looks on each device, so the banner appears different on desktop pc's, tablets, and mobiles. What you did was make the banner art specifically for the TV, and now that you've adjusted it to fit the safe area, the picture has shrunken down unproportionally. I'm afraid if you want to set it up so it looks like how you may have wanted it originally you need to go back and change it so that you are making the artwork on a 2120x1192 canvas size but only put the main parts of the image you want showing on the desktop within the desktop size area.

Yes, if that's what you want BUT still keep the image size 2120x1192 while making it. Just fill in the desktop area like the link page shows. So when you are done you should have a 2120x1192 image with the middle part filled/concentrated with your images.

What You Should Do Is Download The Template On This Section It Is Very Easy To Use It Say We're The Writing Will Be On Tv Mobile Tablet And Desktop That's What I Used To Make My New Banner.
