Banned from adsense!?!?!

when i submitted my application it says this:
Unfortunately, our records indicate that you're not eligible to participate in AdSense at this time. Please be sure to review our Terms and Conditions.

so i read the terms and conditions and It doesn't tell me anything! What do I do?
 
He might have cheated his way around it.

You can use your parent's info maybe but I'm not sure. First think if you really need it and if it isn't safer to sign up with a network after maybe.

It's in Section 2 of the Terms and Conditions that you said you read. There is no parental approval available. You would have to get them to sign up and then have them link your youtube account to their adsense account.

Your use of the Services is subject to your creation and our approval of an AdSense account (an “Account”). We have the right to refuse or limit your access to the Services. By submitting an application to use the Services, if you are an individual, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You may only have one Account.

alright, well i literally just got into a network 5 minutes ago so Im able to monetize my videos again

The thing is you CAN have a adsense account under 18 BUT it must be signed up under the parents account but I simply waited a year till I was 18 to make my own so I didn't have to go through the issue of switching adsense accounts
