so i a while back i got bandicam which allows me to record my pc moniter. When i first got it i was having the same problems. The when recorded everything seems to be fine but when i load the video file it show a lot of frame skipping. so i do the computer tech thing and find the best codecs and adjust my setting accordingly. I lowered the resolution and changed some control panel setting to help boost my performance. After what seemed forever i finally got it to work great. Unfortunately i had to reformat my computer and now it doesnt seem to rid itself of the frame skipping no matter what i do. Please help.

500 series nvidia graphics card,
8gb of DDR3 ram
1tb HDD i believe to be 7200rpm
windows vista 64bit
