Background Music Problem

So I'm having a little problem with a background music that I choose for a video, it's the music Madness by Muse. I don't wanna monetize the video, is just a video that I've made for fun and when I've posted the video YT blocked the song because of copyrights stuff, the video still there but without song.
Now the question is, I've already seen a lot of videos with this song as a bg music, and a lot of videos like "Madness-Muse (Lyrics)" where they put the song and the Lyrics are shown in the screen, how their videos aren't blocked?
 
Well you have to have a copyright for that song... I think :P
If you don't than try to find somekind of a remix of that song so the youtube won't say anything about it!

I've already seen a lot of videos with this same song as bg music, and I'm pretty sure that they don't have the copyrights of the song. :\
I've already give up of posting the video, because it was just a random video that I've edited, but this is really bugging me

Well you could use other songs?
