When you were joining the network, you probably signed a contract. How long was it? You can only leave the network by contacting them via tickets/email/whatever they use at least 30 (?) days before your contract ends, so sending them unlink request through YouTube will not help you.

Why would you leave? That's what every network does. They suspend your payments if you get a strike, or if you got fishy numbers, like you get a ton of views but the viewer retion is zero.
Just get your strike cleared up, and your account should be fine.

ATV won't let you unlink till your contract is up. Normally is a 2 year contract and there network is terrible. I only recently got out but they made me quit YouTube first. I am finally making my return because I don't have to put up with them!
Thing is i cleared it up two months ago. They cut my payments after that.
