AudioMicro Third Party Content

Hello, So I just uploaded a video and I have a third party content claim for a piece of music I bought/gifted by Fullscreen - from AudioMicro.
The title of the song is completely different between what AudioMicro call it and what Youtube believes it is called, however they are the same piece.

Should I just dispute it? This has never happened to me before, so I have no idea how to do it.

Also, which category would it be under?
I believe this copyright claim is not valid because:
- I own the CD / DVD or bought the song online.
- I'm not selling the video or making any money from it.
- I gave credit in the video.
- The video is my original content and I own all of the rights to it.
- I have a license or written permission from the proper rights holder to use this material.
- My use of the content meets the legal requirements for fair use or fair dealing under applicable copyright laws.
- The content is in the public domain or is not eligible for copyright protection.

aha thanks!

Just dispute it saying you're apart of Fullscreen.

It just means the system detected you used AudioMicro's content, which you did :) Disputing isn't a sign you want to enter into world war 3 with them, just that you have the rights to use the content in some way.

Oh and "- I have a license or written permission from the proper rights holder to use this material. "

Oh brilliant. thank you so much!
I've dispute it. I just wasn't sure as it normally doesn't happen with the other songs I download from AudioMicro.
No idea if you have experience with this but, how long does it normally take for the dispute to be cleared (if cleared)?

Thank you again! :)

It really depends on the claimant, don't have any specific experience with Audiomicro but for most it's 24-48 hours.

My buddy also had a bunch of his videos with FS music flagged.... not sure what happened here, I have plenty of music from Fullscreen and have never been flagged. He had to change all of his music to be able to monetize. I would contact FS or your FS manager to clear this up.

aha thanks!
