Audio / Video Sync w/ iPhone5

Ok so here is my plan, my friend and I are recording our first video this weekend.

We are using an iPhone5 for Video for the time being, and we both have external microphones. (Headsets)

Once the video is recorded, along w/ the audio. Is syncing it up just Guess & Check work till it looks right?

Also, can I record 2 microphones independently from 1 audio card? (I have a Mic connection for my friend, and my headset & mic is wireless bluetooth)

OR! are we better off filming with the iPhone5 built in Mic?
 
1. It's basically guess and check, except you should just remember to zoom in as close as possible and match it up as well as you can (no one will figure it out)
2. Since your microphones are wired and bluetooth, I believe it uses two different connections, so you can probably use Audacity to record both.
3. The microphone is not great on the iPhone5, but if you edit it well to get the noise out, it should work well too!
