Audio Out of Sync

So I've been editing my vlogs on Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 for a few months now, and yesterday after I edited and rendered my video, all my audio is completely out of sync. In fact even my source file has it's audio out of sync when I play that back from within Premiere Pro. However, when I play the source file in Windows Media Play, the audio sync is fine.

What's going on in Premiere Pro, and does anyone know how to fix it? I can't even go back and re-edit if the source file is also out of sync ... :(

Yeah, sometimes i suffered it too when editing my video.. I have no idea though, so i have to unlink the video and audio, and sync it manually..

Is that really the only way? My audio is incredibly out of sync ... like when the video starts, it's the audio from somewhere in the middle (it's that bad). I'm just baffled that even the raw footage sounds out of sync in Premiere Pro too ... I'd rather just edit from scratch than have to mess with trying to manually getting it to sync.

I dunno maybe I'll create a whole new project and start from scratch. :/[DOUBLEPOST=1368725244,1368724957][/DOUBLEPOST]Crap. I started a whole new project, from scratch, and the out-of-sync is still there when I play back the raw footage in the the source monitor. Something's wrong ... anyone at all know what happened and how I can fix it?[DOUBLEPOST=1368725945][/DOUBLEPOST]Alright, making a copy of the raw file and renaming it and then bringing it into the source monitor ... that finally worked and I have synchronicity again (yay). Ok back to the editing drawing board and let's hope my next render doesn't screw it all up again.

You can try recording audio and video separately (if you haven't tried that yet). I know it's a pain in the *** sometimes but it's better in the long run. You can use a program called Audacity to record audio. :) Good luck.

Yep, i did this too.. And i find it quite better than unlink the video then re-sync it again.. But still i hope anyone have some tips how to do a better sync..

I have audacity, but how in the world would I use that with my camcorder? My camcorder doesn't support external audio inputs either, which is why I just use it's built-in mic (which produces just fine audio).
