Audio Editing

I'm having trouble with poor audio quality (choppy, pops, etc) in my vids. Havent had this issue in the past & I'm not too sure what to do now?

Lenovo N580 - built in webcam (terrible I know but its all I have for now)
Adobe Premiere Pro

Any tips on how to fix such audio.

Garbage in, garbage out. It's always amusing how many people have hundreds or thousands of dollars worth of software but can't be bothered to spend $100 on a good mic. Too many pirates who don't deserve the programs they have.

Audacity is free. And no. I don't have 100$ to buy new mic. I'm poor. Sorry.

The comment was in reference to the sheer volume of people who seem to both have a terrible microphone (sub $10) and yet somehow own copies of Premiere Pro or Sony Vegas. I'm more inclined to give audio editing advice to people operating more honestly.

Microphones are a garbage in garbage out scenario. If the initial recording quality is bad, no amount of post processing will fix it. All you can do is remove a bit of fuzz and give the signal a chin lift.
