Audio editing

Okay, so I recorded some gameplay with commentary using fraps, and the game sounds drown out my voice while playing. Does anyone know of a way to increase the volume of my voice whilst decreasing the volume of the game sounds in the clip using audacity or some program like that?
Failing that, would anyone know how to improve audio quality which sounds like this to make it less static-y
The video parts showing how to set up the easy cap and not the gameplay parts. I'd rather not re record it as it was a horror game and horror game videos are better when they are played blind.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section

If you record your game audio and microphone in different audio tracks then you can just lower the game audio and higher the microphone audio.

Since they are both in the same track you can do two things:

1) Lower the game audio down in game settings (almost all the way) and then see what you sound like

2) Make them into different audio tracks. One track for game audio and one track for microphone audio. Then lower the game audio and higher the microphone audio.

The game I was playing had no audio settings, and I may have to record the microphone separately for future videos.
