Ture story how my channel suspended

They suspended my channel month ago i have over 81,000 sub ,, i accidently upload some stupid dump person video they send me strike and after everything work fine i am relax contacting stupid dump person to her strike he refuse not remove strike so after i fill counter nofication after 4 days later Retracted youtube suspend my channel ....Even i get strike first time only one



i warn you donot Fill counter nofication if you get strike try to Retract the strike
 
Ok I shall try and decipher what is written

So ItsFunny uploaded a video of a "dump person" and he got a trike from youtube.
He then tried to remove it by contacting the person and they refused and youtube shut down his channel.
 
So basically this thread is saying: Let the copyright strike alone, don't try to get it off your channel?
WUT.

Anyways, yes sure 81000 subs uploading videos of " dump persons "
 
So essentially he copied someone elses content?

Sidenote: Why was the person in the dump in the first place. This is a major news story.

I'm sitting here trying to figure out how you can have over 81,000 subscribers. How do you accidentally upload someone else's video? That doesn't make any sense at all.
