At What Point Do Things Start To Snowball?

I Love YTtalk
There is no point for some. Sometimes it snowballs, sometimes it ticks up. As long as it's ticking, what's the problem? :)

Example, there is a vlogger who had a MASSIVE spike in his subs. Went from 2k to 10k overnight. He's only on 12k a year later.

I know im not an authority of this by any means, but I think that you would have to spread out your content to start a snowball effect, do dual coms, feature in peoples videos, colabs and so on. I feel that you would first have to try and reach someone else's audience so that some of them sub and some of their subs end up subbing. So it causes a chain reaction rather then trying to get a snowball from your frequent subs because you would only be using word of mouth.

You will need to get your name out if you want a big increase in subscribers. There was a guy who did 2 duel comms with KYR SP33DY and he made a channel and got like 20k subscribers in a week! Obviously this is just luck because he was in a game on COD with KYR SP33DY but still duel comms make a huge difference :)
There are other ways I'm sure but well.. I don't know what they are or my subscribers will be going up and lot quicker :')

Things snowball when too much snow lands at the top of a tall peak, the excess snow falls off and begins to roll down said peak gaining more snow as it rolls. Then suddenly a huge snowball is formed and hurtles down the peak destroying anything in its path.

"to cause to grow or become larger, greater, more intense, etc., at an accelerating rate: to snowball a small business into a great enterprise." - Dictionary.com

Of course I did, I am a very smarticle person and as a spiderman movie once said "With great powers come great responcibility" so it is my responcibility to to share my knowledge with the little people

Well, I was at 500 subs then made a video about a Videogame Urban legend then things picked up from there. I went from 500 to 25,000 subs in 1 year. The trick is you have to keep on trying different types of videos until something sticks. If your video format is getting you no where, try something else.

I see a lot of people on this form complaining that Youtube is set up for the popular Youtubers too succeed and the little guy to fail, but I'm walking evidence that that's not true.
