At a Crossroad with my new channel, suggestions?

So I make '10' videos, that being 'Top 10...', '10 Facts...', '10 Things...'

And I'm not 100% sure in what direction I should aim it, as I see it I have two options.

(One) continue making videos with continuously changing themes. My opinion on this being that it would/could reach a wider audience, bringing in more views but not as many subscribers. Also my knowledge on all subjects is not vast and may make creating videos more difficult.

or...
(Two) Go back to what I am comfortable doing, change my channel to a one themed channel. This would be a definite benefit but is not what I set out to do when I created this channel. But in my eyes this would bring loyal subscribers and a stable amount of video views in the long run.

If you could make sense out of that then please feel free to share your wisdom :D
 
I say do what you are most comfortable with and what you love the most. If you love it, that will show in your video's and others will be drawn to it.

I must admit, making the first 3 videos on my channel was aching, I must have spent about a full day on each.
The newest video however is the subject/theme I'm finding myself leaning towards, It was created in 1 sitting and I've already got the grounds to the next 5-6 videos for my channel because of it.
