Assigned to an inactive content owner

Hello,
Apologies if this is not in the correct message group.

We currently have a Youtube Channel setup for our daughter. We are intending on joining a Youtube network. The Network Channel owner attempted to invite her channel to their network but they received the following:

"When I try to invite her to the network it tells me that she's already assigned to an inactive content owner".
"If this is the case, you will need to terminate the contract with this company (even if they are no longer active); unfortunately, in the mean time, there's nothing we can do on our end to help!"

We have not to our knowledge aligned or have a contract with another content owner.

I have searched the internet and I am unable to clearly understand the problem or resolve it.The closest I can come to understanding the issue is something related to monetization??
Until this is resolved, we are unable to receive the invite from the network channel trying to send it.

Any help and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

When you go to www . youtube.com/features does it say a network there? also are features such as Monitization all green status?
 
That message shows when a channel's monetization has been permanently terminated rather than just suspended.

It says that the account is partner verified and in good standing, the monitization button is greyed out and says "You are one step away from enabling your account for monetization. When I follow the steps to complete the process.
When I click the link to complete the process is says this (under the AdSense Association tab):

You currently have the following AdSense account associated:
Adsense Id:
(states the number)
Status: Inactive
Date Associated: October 7, 2011 at 5:49 PM
If you would like to update your AdSense account, click the "Change" button below. You will be redirected to AdSense and once you have completed the process, you will be redirected back to YouTube.

Then under the Confirmation page it says:
Your AdSense account was disapproved. Please associate a different AdSense account.
When I look into why it was disapproved it is because she doesn't have enough original content.

Do you think this is the problem why she can't invite my daughter to join their network? Or am I completely off base?

If this is the problem, do you have any ideas how to fix it?

But I don't understand how, since we have never had an adsense account or monetization on the channel?
Any suggestions?
