pick a small indie game that's very obscure and then email the dev

If it's a large corportation, they may have a page dedicated to how you can use their gameplay footage on Youtube, like Rockstar did.

Just go to their site and email them. If you don't try you can't succeed. You will be surprised how many say yes. Also make sure to ask for the rights to monetize it as well as uploading it
