I've Got It
Hey guys, I'm doing a break down of a game trailer for the first time, the whole 9 yards of pauses, my voice over and what not. But am I able to claim and monetize it? Please Help

Thanks

Everyone say's leave it and I'm sure they're right in terms of possible consequences but on old channels in the past I used to do it all the time, like a huge amount and nothing would happen.

Quick questions:

Did you have a large following?
Were you monetising?

Just curious :)

Trailers are usually under heavy copyright. Especially when it comes to conventions and stuff.

That was aimed at that other guy but okay.... :D

The creators may request you take it down and possibly wack you with a copyright strike.
