There are plenty of channels on youtube that specialize in uploading music that is filed under the creative commons license, which makes it very easy to find background music for my videos.
There are plenty of channels that specialize in uploading gameplay footage without commentary, so you can use it as your B-Roll footage if you run a gaming channel. Many of these channels are called simply "No Copyright Gameplay." That search term alone will get you about a half a dozen channels.
But what if I just want some abstract art? It has to be moving around, but I don't want it to show any definitive imagery.
