Are really MCNs better than AdSense?

Well with networks they usually offer stuff like music you can use on your videos and have a community who you can collaborate with. Also usually with networks there is no minimum payout so if you only earn $1 they'll give you that. But with adsense you need to get at least $100 for the month to get paid that more. Or you'll have to wait until you build up to $100 total.
 
MCNs
- Free Sponsorship if you have big subs.
- Free Music Library (e.g: Monstercat, EpidemicSound, Dimmak, Maddecent, EDM, etc.)
- Free Tools License (e.g: Tubebuddy, Exopy, SEO Suggestion, Viso Catalyst, etc. )
- Min. Payout some network no min. but some around 25$-50$.

AdSense
- Free Audio powered by YT (youtube.com/audiolibrary/music)
- Min. Payout $100

Also with Adsense you get 100% of your earnings (after the 45% youtube cut) whereas a network will take a percentage of it. That's probably the biggest advantage with Adsense.
