Hey guys, so my ArcSoft ShowBiz has just stop working, I have reinstalled many times, even have done a system restore and it still won't work. What happens is when I try to open it, it just doesn't open :( please help
 
The most recent install i did of it brought up an error with something including I/O bad install file, I'm just going to format my hard drive, computer is running slow any ways and having other problems and hope it just fixes everything.
 
Its the HD PVR 2, Hauppauge. I shopuld've posted in here that I got the problem fixed, but I remember why I didn't cause I feel like a tool, lol. I took the cd out to blow out the drive, (thinking that would actually help) and my son had gotten chocolate on the disc, cleaned that off and it worked!!
