I have some vlogs on another channel that I want to move to over to my main channel and I want to know if I can change the date of the upload or not.
anyway to change the upload date of a video?

Yeah you can just schedule them for release.

no no, I have videos on another channel uploaded three years ago. I want to reupload them to another channel. I want to change the date so it shows it being uploaded three years ago on the new channel

I was trying to figure out what the recording date field was in the upload settings. I changed it but nothing happened
I've been wondering what that "Recorded Date" field is for. I don't think there's currently a way to have your channel default to using the recorded date instead of the upload date. It would be nice if they would add a feature where the videos could be sorted by recorded date.
