But for some Networks (and Partnership program direct with Youtube) that day is here already
You can look at the Partnership requirements directly with Youtube There are 0 requirements, exept country restrictions (and copyright of course)

And few other big Networks already have 0 (traffic, subs) requirements, i think RPM one of them that changed to this recently (telling just from what i have read on YTtalk forum, not my personal experience so i am not sure)

They don't have published requirements, and they seem fairly willing to pick up small channels IF they like the content AND think it has potential.

I think they just accept anybody... I`ve seen alot of obvious botters with them which brings up the question of : Do they even check out applicant`s channels.
