Vine and YouTube have this weird relationship. There's a lot of people who use both platforms but the's also a lot who only use one.
People don't go on Vine to see what you uploaded on YouTue so if you make content specifically for Vine and once in a while promote your YT channel than most people won't mind but if the main purpose of your Vine account is to promote your YT account then you will make a lot of people angry resulting in both accounts suffering from loosing views.
