Hi, new member, old in the Internet biz/side-hustle game (since 2009, done dozens of things and made a bit of money on various social/freelancing sites)
I uploaded 2 videos to my channel today. I noticed YouTube removing my views for the first 3-4 hours constantly. The videos actually showed more views in the Video tab than in the Dashboard tab, both on Desktop and in mobile app. For example, they would get to 60 views then back to 47, 85 then back to 75 or something. All the while, that little box in Dashboard and in mobile app that shows real-time views in the last X hours kept showing views at 10-20, and even lowering it all the way back to 3 views at some point while the Videos page showed both of them closer to 100 views. I checked the analytics and the videos showed much better preliminary average view duration and audience retention than my other videos usually have.
I've uploaded 72 videos prior to today's 2 and this has never happened to me. Usually, the little Dashboard box and mobile app video analytics page shows a slightly bigger number of of views compared to Videos page, but today, it was all out of whack.

With all this COPPA mess, I'm kind of getting a bit worried here - YT/Patreon supplements my total monthly income and I literally have to rely on it right now. If something horrible happens, I'll be in a world of pain as I'm currently out of work and looking for new gigs hasn't yielded any good results yet.
