Try the Gamerecorder 8, its under $100 I think and works much better than easy cap but isn't HD.

Are you doing this for just pc or all consoles? If pc look into getting a capture program called Action. If consoles save your money and get a elgato capture card. Sometimes you have to invest to get good equipment to make good content.

Because you said easy cap i am guessing you want it for consoles. I got my Roxio for £35 off eBay and that is stupidly cheap (even though i spent £5 on wires). So you will be lucky if you get one for any cheaper.
