Anyone know how to make the annotation that is in the bottom left of this video?

It wont let me post the embed the video just copy that and paste it after youtube

Also I have seen similar subscribe buttons how do you make those .

The subscribe button will appear when people hover over the one that is linked to your channel .

When I hover over my channel pic it just shows how many subscribers I have.

Yeah because you can't subscribe to yourself lol. For me it showed a subscribe button so its all good.
