Just trying to figure out what the tech behind this type of video is? Dunno what to search for when looking for tutorials.

Regular members cannot post direct links because of the amount of spam we get on the forums. VIP members can post direct links, but the staff removes any promotion outside of the "Videos & Channels" forum.
 
Yes, unfortunately only vip members can post links, even when you you'd say you weren't promoting any of your own content.

That site seems to be a video version of the Carphone Warehouse site.
