So my friend has been at it for a few years, but so far she has 61 subs and most of her videos get around 26 or so views. She just got this spam mail about these people from N4Gtv interested in her, despite her stats. That raised a red flag with her, so I'm here asking if anyone ever heard of these guys, if this is convenient or not and if anyone has ever been scammed or ripped off by these guys.
 
N4GTV is a network with MakerGen and Maker Studios, they've been around for a while.
 
But at 61 subs and 28+ views per video, with the occasional break out video, is this convenient for her? She wonders why they even reached out to her at all.

I don't really think networks offer all that much except getting paid. Most of their features are already on Youtube proper, and we all know the truth behind the myth that Networks don't really back you and help your channel grow, nor does your channel suddenly skyrocket just because you're part of a network.
