Anyone have experience / advice on working with an MCN?

Hello All,

We just got approached by an MCN, and are trying to decide whether or not to move forward with them.

Does anyone have experience with this that they'd be willing to share - good, bad or otherwise? Are there things that we should watch out for or be careful with regards to?

Maybe the MCN you were approached from is on that list? I have no personal experience with networks, unfortunately, but there are some really helpful reviews on that sub-forum I linked.

Thanks! Unfortunately, it is not on the list. It's a Chinese based MCN.
 
Oh darn. Well at least from a general perspective, when it comes to contracts, just read everything through twice and really read the fine print. If you want me to look it over, just let me know! Hopefully it's not in Mandarin though, or I can't be much help there :p

Ha! Yes, I have a problem too if it's in Mandarin!

Thank you for this kind offer! I really appreciate this. I emailed them last night requesting a contract to look over, so will hopefully get that soon.

And yes, I will look through the reviews of the other MCN Networks, as they may open my eyes to something I might need to be wary of.
