anyone have a background template for Photoshop!?

so I have a bunch of pictures that I want to use, but I just need a template so that I know what's being covered and what isn't! If anyone could help me out, that'd be great!

essentially I wanted to know the dimensions of the whole screen. and then I wanted to know how much of the center was being covered, because then I wouldn't want to put any pictures there, you know what I mean. the template part is essentially just a file that would already have the screen size and some shading or other indication to show boundaries

They are completely redesigned the channel layout and there won't be backgrounds anymore.
