Anyone else (who gets one) not get their 1099 yet?

I feel like I received my 1099 from Google last year by this time but I'm not sure. I thought they legally had to send it out by the end of January but I could be wrong about that too.
 
Well that is certainly disconcerting. I guess I'll be contacting google about this. Their tax dept email support was pretty good the last time I need questions answered so hopefully it will go smoothly. Thanks guys.

Did not go smoothly :-/ lol. Got an automated response saying that I need to use a proper form. And all I did was tack on to the email I sent them last year that they responded to just fine. I can't be too surprised since I didn't expect them to respond last year being that Youtube partners get no adsense email support (which is ridiculous).
