Anyone else getting NEGATIVE CPM?

I'm new to the whole monetization thing and new to vlogging so I'm not sure if this is a common occurrence or if it's just some weird glitch but I'm getting a negative estimated CPM and a negative payout. Any ideas?

Youtube Creator Studio > Analytics > Ad Performance > Reserved In-stream Select shows a NEGATIVE value under Playback-based CPM. Negative as in, it's subtracting money from the total.
