Anybody left Machinima through Legal Aid?

Even though my contract is due to end in 1 more year I just can't be with with cowboy network any longer, I was originally on a CPM paying scheme then after speaking to their staff they changed me onto a Rev share module where they said I would have a pay increase per month. Then I get this email, any help would be much appreciated -

Mr. ???????,



Our accounting department discovered your channel jayuzumi has been overpaid at a rate of $? CPM since August 2014.



Your contract (attached) indicates you should have been paid at a rate of ?% revenue share for this time.



Monthly payments are currently on hold pending your decision regarding the future of your partnership.



Your options at this time are:



1. Extend your contract for a 2 year term retroactively effective 8/1/15. If you choose this option we will waive the overpayment amount in full ($???.43).


2. Remain on your current contract and payments will be withheld until the $???.43 amount is recouped.



You may also repay us in full for the overpayment amount via Paypal or check and your payments will continue as normal, uninterrupted.



A document detailing the payment amounts (received and corrected) has also been attached.



Please let us know your decision and we'll inform our accounting department accordingly.

Unless there is a clause in the contract saying they can whithold payment, or anything else, then they can't hold you to it. If what they are saying is in the contract then you are screwed.
Sounds very dodgy
