My goal is to get at least 1000 subscribers and 1000s of views on my videos. I really need some tips!

hey that is my goal too!!! 
just keep making vdeos i guess and people will view them also be sure to be interesting and fun so people come back for more also sort your tags and description out... like really go all out on thos things so people can find your videos, thats pretty much alll i have .

I don't know what's going on.
Well, that's a general goal. A VERY general goal. You're basically asking how to become popular. ALl you can do is continue to post, and keep your content original and interesting, as well as properly promoting yourself. Managing your channel through here at YTTalk is a good start, definitely. Good luck!
