Any tips to improve my channel??

Hi there my name is Jed -0- Bread, This is my first request for improvement. I need some help with my channel. I have been posting videos for almost 2 years (since 19th October 2013). I seem to be at a super slow pace. I don't know if it's normal to have under 100 subscribers, maybe it is, maybe it is not. But as for view count, only around 5-20 views are present on each video in my channel. I will admit my commentary is quite low in standard but I'm always looking to improve. Could anyone please monitor around my channel and possibly find any areas I need to improve on. My channel link is below this comment as a red button, but if it fails, here is a link. not a big minecraft fan but I watched your video. Ill leave my biasy aside. I think you have some great content. You are able to talk which is nice.

You need a better outro. Hook the audience for your next episode.
Also perhapsediting some of the audio to take some of the "Ugh" out of your speech. I know that is a force of habit and just a time buying phrase but little things like that make your channel better. Overall a very good video
 
Some music in the baground so it isnt silent when your not talking. I do that alot and i even do it in the videos when i contantly talk.:):dance:
