Any other programs similar to VAC?

Are there any other programs similar to VAC? I need to separate my gameplay's Sound FX & Music from my commentary cuz for some reason, when I record with Fraps, my commentary is slower than it should be! VAC's not compatible on my laptop, so I'm looking for other options.

I tried to use it, but it made me a little confused monkey so I'm just going to record seperately on Audacity while playing :3.

Yep, Virtual Audio Cable! Ohh, so you use Fraps or something and record at the same time with Audacity? I should have thought of that!

Glad that I was able to help! But sometimes I don't do that because I use Dxtory and Dxtory has a in-built audio recorder so you can either record both speakers and microphone or just speakers and vice versa!

True true. However, installing a soundcard is a pain in the a**e because you need to connect it to your MOBO.

A decent sound card is only around £20 D: Possibly cheaper, depends.
