Any Movie Maker pros?

I use Movie Maker to edit my videos, I managed to learn in on my own and have a pretty good idea to use it. But everytime i edit I always think of something new I want to learn but have no one to ask.

Currently my question is if it's possible to display a picture and video at the same time. For example in my video I would like to have a picture appear at the bottom corner of part of a video when I describe a certain recipe or whatever. LEt me know if I dont make sense.

I think it's possible with Movie Maker, not 100% sure tho, I personally use Sony Vegas Pro so more into that Good luck with finding the answer!

I always use moviemaker (for the moment it works and I'm too poor to get anything else) but I too would like to know the answer to this!

Picture in picture isn't possible in Movie Maker, although I believe you can get addons that do make it possible.

Sorry but theres no way of overlaying pictures on top of videos in movie maker, unless you have the ancient version which had a time line. If you want though, theres a free editor I use called Lightworks, some people don't seem to like it but honestly, after you understand how some of stuff works, it's pretty simple! But yea, movie maker is a really simple program.

that's too bad, but thanks for letting me know. I'm using Movie Maker as my baby step into editing and I guess eventually I should get on the more complicated ones. thanks for the suggestion!
