Any ideas on how to get big as a gamer/commentator?

i do have fun its the whole reason i do it. I dont do it because i want to get paid for it i do it because i want to. but i was looking for a way to get noticed so its not only me or some of my freinds watching them over and over. I want other people view my videos and content to see what there reaction is to it to i can get some general feedback on how im doing.
 
My son is a big gamer i've sent him your link so he can sub, and maybe get some of his mates to aswell, hope this helps.
 
* Make use of your personality. You don't have a special personality? Make up one. Play an act. Why not acting like a 1930 british man discovering every games he plays? If edited correctly into a 2-3 mn video that could be nice.

I wouldn't consider my self "Big", but I do have a decent following. I think I got this huge boost from posting consistent Minecraft videos on the Xbox 360. It is a new game (on xbox), and is #2 played this month. Also not many people post HQ, consistent videos on it, so that is how I think I made it to a good position for my channel.
