Any good Sony Vegas 12 tutorials? I'm clueless.

I looked at it and had no clue how to use it.

Are there any straight forward tutorials that help and won't put me to sleep? lol That literally just happened. I fell asleep watching a tutorial. I would like to know what I'm able to do with it, effects and stuff. I'm sure the basics aren't too hard to pick up.

Crashes occasionally, had trouble rendering after the first few videos and it refused to render in HD for me after a while. I've had no issues with 11.0 whatsoever.
