Any good/active Google+ or Facebook pages?

Hey everyone, I'm almost to 200 subscribers and looking for some communities to share my content with. I make vlogs / sketches - I'm not overly sure what to call them. I sit in front of a camera and talk - so, vlogs I guess!

Does anyone know of any good and active Google+ or Facebook pages with people that create similar videos to these? I'm looking for others and somewhere I can generally share my videos to.

Any help would be much appreciated!

One thing I have noticed is if there is a place where people mainly share their videos, that's all it is, people sharing videos. I doubt most of these people will watch other videos. Kind of like the YouTubers G+ and other pages like this, people just dump their videos in there and leave.

Pretty much this. In my experience you'll get a couple of isolated engagements if you're lucky but very few (if any) real subscribers to interact with for the long-term.

I have better luck sharing to pages where an admin posts stuff similar to my content rather than just a dumping ground for a ton of random people to post. Here's a recent Tumblr share, nothing way too big but a little boost.

I don't wanna hijack this thread, but how the heck do you get such good numbers from Tumblr? My numbers from YouTube alone aren't that great so any boost would be good in my situation.

I submitted that video to a dog Tumblr page and the admin must like it because they posted to their Tumblr wall. They are mostly a picture page but they post videos they really like every once in a while. They have posted multiple videos I have sent them and a BUNCH of pictures. That's the key, if it's a "picture" page, you want to send them what they normally post so that you are just not spamming them with videos.

So, just from my experience, having facebook page is totally useless. And nobody will see your google+ page anyway. I'd rather go to twitter.

G+ and Facebook can be useful tools in my opinion. I do a lot of promoting on Facebook, not way too much on G+ but as you can see below it gets some views (a lot of those are picture views though). Just like anything else in life, you need to learn to use the tools for them to be effective. (Wow I file like an old wise man sometimes lately lol).
